Yeah but the difference between the best punter in the NFL and an average punter is very minuscule.

Whereas the difference between an Ingram and an AP is huge. Or Shanle vs Lofton. Punter is not one of the top 5 positions on the team.

In fact the top 5 positions in the NFL IMO:

1. QB
2. DE
3. Guard
4. Tight end (don't laugh)
5. Cornerback
