I got her an Echo poly timber for Christmas. She's actually got a pretty decent quack down already. Not sure how to take it when my 8 yr. old daughter only asks for camo, duck call of her own, and some stuff for our duck dog for Christmas.... I may be a big influence on her haha. She's a big time daddy's girl for sure

You remind me of myself. Mine are now in high school -Fresh and Senior. They leave for a while but they'll come back. Senior already showing some signs of improvment.
I used to tell them that there would come a time that they wouldn't want to hunt and fish with me. They'd say, "Ahh dad, no way." I followed that with telling them they'd get past it and be back.
Now I tell them, "You're gonna hug me and tell me you love me again when you're 21 yeah." They say the same, "Ahh dad, no way."
I still go hug and kiss them good night nearly every night. I think sometimes they're playing oppossum and just faking sleep.

Ya sound like a good feller Geauxtiga. I hope my daughter remembers all this time we spend together. Whether its hunting , or on the ballfield , or just hanging out together while she chauffeurs me around on the Ranger. I'll sure never forget 'em
