kinda reminds me of a bicycle pump...
and the full body ones remind me of watching Walter Cronkite on the news every night and seeing the Viet Cong with their AK's.... grrrrrrrrrrrrrr...

They are some ugly guns, but I'd rather an AK than an AR if shite were to ever hit the fan. Much cheaper ammo is a nice plus

I haven't seen many AK's with a scope. Is it not accurate enough to put a scope on it? Wondering if you ever hunt with it or just a plinking gun?

I would never expect to take an AK hunting. Mainly plinking. My AK has a rail to mount a scope- I just don't feel the need to mount one

You COULD hunt with it. The 7.62x39 is about equal to the .30-30
As for the rifle itself, I'm sure most of them will shoot minute of dead out to 100 yards. It would be a pretty unruly thing to pack around the woods with that nasty high capacity banana clipazine sticking out though.
