Django Unchained question (Partial Spoiler)

The scene where Foxx's character is about to get castrated, and they show all of his business. Is that a stunt sac or is that all him, cause it looked like bulls balls? Also the same question for the meat stick? Real answers appreciated. Thank you

I know, i know. It's an actual dissappointment that I can't get over my dislike for Jamie Foxx. I'm trying. I have no doubts that the movie is great, considering the rest of the cast and QT, of course. Nevertheless, Jamie Foxx is one huge racist son of a bitch and the thought of him playing some slave hero is just about more than I think I can tolerate.
