What are your most prized pieces?

-Ball signed by the 97 Braves pitching staff plus Chipper.

-Pair of seats from old Yankee Stadium. (Added Tuesday)

-Dirt from old Yankee Stadium.

-About 60 Chipper cards. Couple signed, including one from his Durham days.

I have a lot of LSU autographs. My favorite piece I have is my basketball signed by the 1990 UNLV championship team. I also got my UNLV towel that I used to chew on signed by Tark.

Am I the only person who would rather get a picture with my favorite athlete over an autograph?? Some random scribbled ink on a piece of paper holds little value for me, especially if it was purchased or given to me. If I ever meet an athlete, the last thing I'm doing is asking them to write down their name for me......maybe I'm weird

Favorite thing I own is pieces of the field from the Saints Super Bowl. Have a piece of the end zone and a piece of turf from where Porter intercepted Manning.

A lot of people think it's dumb but I think it's cool and very unique. Especially in Atlanta, where Super Bowls championships are not won.

Cal Ripken Jr auto ball
Josh Hamilton auto ball and SI Magazine
Ken Griffey Jr auto ball
Les Miles auto ball
A few other autographs
Lots of rookie cards and a ton of other stadium memorabilia

I've been debating on buying a set of seats from the Tiger Stadium renovation, but I really don't have anywhere to put them.

I've always thought that would be something really cool to collect. Can't it get pretty expensive though?

I've dropped over 100 for some of the older ones in good condition. The sugar bowl ticket from the 1958 season is pretty pricey. I've never even see one older than my 1944 orange bowl and thats the only one ive ever seen of that one. Its a half ticket ripped in half and i could probably get 300 bucks for it.

eta: Ive never seen the older ones for sell. LSU's museum on campus has all the ticket stubs.
