Supposedly the Browns are prepared to offer Nick 4% OWNERSHIP of the team. That's effing cray if true.

It's just a rumor. 5 year $55 million with 4% ownership. Would be the first contract of it's kind.

No crap. Even after he's done coaching he'd be pulling it in. Such a ridiculous offer.

It may not be true, but if it is I don't see how anybody would turn it down.

This shite is getting pathetic. He's going to have a percentage of some automotive company by next week.

Would not take. The unions would steal it again in the next auto bailout.

I don't understand why an nfl team would offer this kind of money to saban. I know he's a good college coach but he's an nfl failure already. Might offer to give him a shot with a matched salary to what he has now and some incentives to try out with the promise of a big time deal if he was successful but I wouldn't sign over the bank to him after his last stint in the NFL.

They wouldn't, regardless of how badly some LSU fans want it to be true. For this kind of offer they could get Bellichick, Cowher, or some other massive NFL success and not take a chance on Saban. It's ridiculous that anyone with a triple digit IQ would believe it, which is why the OP has run to the interwebz to post it in as many places as possible. He's foolish enough to believe if he posts it enough it might actually happen.
