They've been trying to market the AMEX OPEN to me every month. I'm not sure if there are tiers in it that but I get it every month.

Chase Ink business
5% Cash Back on office supplies and cell phone bills
2% cash back on gas and dining out
1% on all other purchases
No annual fee. I just got one and got 40,000 bonus points for spending $3,000 in the first 3 months.
