Everyone can agree Henry, Aminu, and Mason Jr. after this year will not be with the Hornets so trade their expiring contacts at the deadline for a late 1st Round Pick

Then at the Draft Trade our Top 3 Pick for 2 Top 10 picks
Draft: Alex Len C (Maryland)
Otto Porter SF (Georgetown)
Late 1st Round: Trey Burke PG (Michigan), or Myck Kabongo PG (Texas)

I beleieve the Hornets should keep Vazquez, Lopez, Thomas, and Miller

Have a roster that looks like this:
PG: Vazquez/ Burke/ Veteran PG
SG: Gordon/ Rivers
SF: Anderson/ Porter/Thomas/ Miller
PF: Davis/ Veteran PF
C: Len/ Lopez

For anyone that suggests get rid of Demps or Monty, you have no idea what you are talking about.

Why would a team give us a first round pick to rent a d-league caliber player for ~5 months?

L O L

And what terrible contract are we taking back? Because that's the only way you can even come close to getting a first for those three.

You do realize he might be the number 1 overall pick, right?

Please go into further details as to why

We couldn't get shite for Kaymen's expiring last year and that was a lot bigger than those three combined. No team in their right mind would even consider that.

I don't want to do literally a single one of those things in the OP

I mean, if some team was literally that stupid to give up a 1st-round pick for Aminu/Henry/Mason, then I would jump all over that and laugh the entire time. It's just that that scenario is even more unrealistic than the Mayan Apocalypse.

Jesus dude stop following me around with that shite.

If you're too dense to understand that wasn't a serious trade idea, that's your problem, but don't harass me with your bullshite.

You can always trade a second and a future first to a team up against the luxury tax like the 76ers did last year.

OR Benson can pony up $3 million and buy another

How am I following you? I was in this thread first.

And you were dead serious

Do you want me to post the past 2-3 thread that you've done that to me in, when I was in no way responding to you in those threads?

Stop following me around. I realize sarcasm on the internet is a tough thing, and that you are pretty stupid, but please drop the whole "you were serious about your trade" following me around schtick. It's making me uncomfortable.

What does that prove? That i typed in an ex-LSU linebacker's name instead of the NBA basketball player that I was referring to in the previous post?

Why the need for clarification if you were just kidding around?

Trevor Ariza
Emeka Okafor

For:

Rashard Lewis
2nd Round Pick

There are always teams out there

Also Lopez is a decent center in the leauge because it is a leauge that is weak in frontcourt talent overall. The next two draft lotteries will begin to put better big men into the leauge as a whole, the Hornets will need a better big man to pair with Davis to truly be a title contender down the road.

Hornets would have to take back around $6 million in salary. That's not enough of a salary dump to have a team include their first round pick in a deal like that.

I just kind of thought me putting Luke instead of Larry was sort of funny. Hence the lol.

Alright, I think I'm done with this though. You can continue to think I was serious about that, that's your call, but please refrain from following me around with that stuff in every thread. It's getting old.

If you can't see the difference in this trade and the one that you proposed, then you may want to just stop watching the NBA.
