Second one in 6 days from the Denver Post, this time talking about his fumble problems:

It seems everytime there is an NFL article about a former LSU player (Ridley, PP) it has to talk about their fumbling issues.

I think some people in Denver are realizing why Houston let him go.

To lock up an active roster spot for someone who is solely a kick/punt returner is dubious at best. Now if he could be a reliable receiver..that would be another thing.

Instead of talking about his fumbling it should talk about his pass rushing.

The concession Fox has made for that already is safety Jim Leonhard, who has as many fair catches (12) as punt returns (12) this season, fields punts in Holliday's place if the punter is standing on roughly the opponents' 45-yard line or in Broncos territory.

Sounds familiar. We did the same thing with Jared Mitchell.

That's because Holliday has fumbled a punt in San Diego — in his first game with the team — that the Chargers recovered. He dropped a punt against the Chargers in Denver that the Broncos recovered. He dropped a punt in Oakland that the Broncos recovered. And he fumbled a kickoff out of bounds in Baltimore last Sunday.

But he's also had a 105-yard kickoff return for a touchdown, a 76-yard punt return for a touchdown to go with kickoff returns of 50 and 42 yards as well as a punt return for 45 yards.

so there has actually been 1 fumble to the other team? for special teams, i'd say if you have more TD's then fumbles then you're doing a good job.

Broncos are sure getting picky all of a sudden if they are worrying about that...

Hey Rob-

Your pic reminded me that I saw Erin Andrews in Denver International Airport a couple of weeks ago. TV does not do her justice. In person, STUNNING...........

Uh yeah but you still don't want to fumble.

I met her in the Crown Room in Atlanta Hartsfield last spring... and you are right she is a 100% knockout as well as a very nice lady.

She was running to catch a flight when I saw her; dressed in designer jeans and 4" heels. She looked really tall, so I Googled her to see how tall she is. It said 5" 10" without shoes, so I knew it was her.

BTW, channel 4 in Denver did a feature on Jacob Hester yesterday on the 5:00 news. I don't have a link to the video, though.

It looks like the former LSU Tigers are getting noticed in the Mile High City!
