Garner is/has always been a fabulous recruiter. Previously at auburn, he used to rape Georgia for talent (Takeo Spikes, etc). Tennessee then grabbed him and nabbed the likes of Jamal Lewis, Cosey Coleman, Deion Grant. One of Richts biggest recruits was Garner. UGA insides will tell u he doesn't coach that well, but is way too valued to lose because of his recruiting acumen. I'd bet the house he lands Foster.

But Garner wasn't recruiting Foster for UGA. Let's not forget that the only reason he liked Auburn was because he saw Trooper Taylor as a "father-figure." I still say its UGA or wherever Trooper ends up (Looking like Miami)

He already has some sort of emotional tie to auburn. Yes, a father figure is an influence on him. That being said, proximity to the university coupled with Garner's recruiting ability, I think "the hay is in the barn". Pun intended. JMHO. Sorta how we knew the tenn decommit to LSU commit for freak was inevitable as soon as frank came on board.
