Any Atlanta tiger fans know whether the Hilton Garden Inn on Georgia Tech's campus is safe place to stay with kids for the bowl game?

Anything north of I-20 is fine, really. The Hilton Garden Inn that you mention is very nice...

If that's the Midtown one then that's where I'm staying as well. Only a block from MARTA and my sister tells me Midtown has good bars. She hangs out in Midtown more than Buckhead now when she goes into the city. (sorry, no pics)
