I don't think it was pulled. I think they mutually discussed him not being able to qualify.

If Bama is unwilling to stick with him until he gets it together, he must be a lost cause. A 6'6 TE in bama's offense can be really productive.

May be another Deangelo Benton situation.

According to our sites, your compliance people found an error with his transcript prior to his official which makes it impossible for him to be an early enrollment candidate at any SEC school.

How come your people didn't find the discrepancy?

LSU's were better in this situation apparently. I'm assuming your people must have called Bama's.

McNeil is not a commit
Gardner is not a commit

There are hundreds of players across the country who would love to commit to the Tigers, but they all cant. Just because a kid writes something on twitter doesnt mean its true.

Both these prospects have legit interest in lsu and want to commit, and lsu has interest in them as well, and has offered them. But the offers arent committable until further work is completed in the classroom.

Hopefully we can add at least one of these guys to the class down the road

If I post on twitter that I'm committing to LSU, is Miles gonna have the #69 jersey with LSUTool on the back of it come Spring practice?

It ain't hard. Don't offer a scholarship if you ain't willing to accept a commitment.

So your mad at Saban or Miles? Because they see this the same way. The kid had offers from both and neither are gonna let him come because he's not eligible. This isn't the first time a kid has tried to commit to LSU and it was not accepted.

But you need to have those residual offers in the table, because you can't take everyone you want.

Well, when you become the head coach at a school that recruits, you can do it however you want.
