Actually, you are incorrect, sir. They only release their product now, once a year, and it is in the fall.

Your haughtiness is only eclipsed by your misinformation. Let's run through the stores in Shreveport that get ANY Pappy: Tony's, Cuban, and The Cellar in Bossier. This past year Tony's got 4 bottles - they sold them for twice retail and called everyone on their waiting list when it arrived. Cuban? They got two bottles for the year, and generally don't know their arse from a hole in the ground. The Cellar may have gotten 4 to split among its two locations.

You ain't exactly got a key to the distillery, bub.

According to ORVW's Facebook page, yes. No one in Louisiana sold it for less than $220 though (Dorignac's in NOLA, Tony's in Shreveport, Divine in Ruston).

The only way you can buy Pappy 15 year old or older is you have to personally know and be friends with the liquor store owner.
That's where I am blessed. I am dear friends with the owner of a liquor store here in Shreveport and they can get my Pappy 15 year old twice a year and they hold it in the back for me. It is just over $100 but none of the Pappy products get a chance to hit the shelf. They don't even tell their employees when it comes in because they have tried to assure other customers about availability. I am truly blessed

Did you get your annual allotment this spring since you are so blessed?

After rereading that all I can say is you're an idiot

I usually drink Balvenie Doublewood or Aberlour 16yr. Anyone have any suggestions besides these for me? Speyside's are what I like. Anyone ever try the Tomatin 18yr? I have read good things about it.
