I'm not going to argue with that choice.

Same as it ever was.

Only undefeated team, how do you not pick him. The only other coach close is Sumlin, but Kelly deserves it.

Bill O'Brien. Look what he had to deal with and he pulled off an 8-4 record

O'Brien's team dealt with a lot off the field, sure. But it's not like Penn State had the talent of a three win team and won eight games. There was still talent on that roster, and they played a weak Big Ten schedule.

Kelly led a Notre Dame team with good, not great talent, to an undefeated season and BCSNCG appearance. ND played a tough schedule and survived close contests.

No brained selection, imo

8-4 in a weak Big Ten with most of the team from the previous year. If he keeps going 8-4 then I think we can talk.

Never understood why O'Brien would even be considered. That PSU team was a 7 to 9 win team with the talent and schedule they had. O'Brien did a good job, but nothing more.

Solid pick. They have had a great season. It is a shame it is all going to be for nothing after the SEC Champs blow their doors off.

He proves that you have to be willing to sacrifice anything to win at the highest levels of his sport.

Even the lives of your student video staff.

Congrats to him.

Not fair, I know. But, it's the first thing that came to mind when I read your post.
