I'm a fan of those fake crab meat dips they sell around here, but I'm a pretty easy guy to please.

Went to a buddy's house and they had buffalo chicken dip. Frank's red hot, chicken chunks, bleu cheese.

Feta Dip
makes 1 cup
adapted from How Sweet It Is
1 brick of feta cheese (8 oz)
1 whole jalapeno pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
the juice of 1/4 a lemon
the zest of 1/4 a lemon
salt & pepper
Mince garlic & jalapeno (after seeding) & saute it in a skillet with some olive oil.
In a bowl, crumble the feta brick, add all other ingredients and mash to combine.
Soooo good with pita chips! I also use it in a turkey spinach burger...awesome!

Reuben dip

Half a cup of mayo
Half a cup of thousand island
16 ounces of sauerkraut
12 ounces of shredded Swiss cheese
12 ounces of shredded corned beef

In a baking pan put the strained sauerkraut down. Mix the dressing and mayo together and spread on top of the kraut. Then layer the beef and cheese on top.

Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes.

Serve with crackers or make some thin rye bread croutons

ETA- I use 1/4 horseradish mayo and 1/4 cup of mayo instead of a half cup of mayo.

Thanks!

To the others, if you have a dip, post it. We want it in this thread. You don't have to ask.
