Anybody have a nice restaurant in this area? Don't mind shelling out a little cash if the food is worth it. TIA

So downtown....near the baseball stadium there is Vic & Anthony's. III Forks is in the Houston Pavilions and Strip House in Houston Center which are steak. Downtown has tons of lunch places but those won't be open after working hours.

In Discovery Green? The Grove...it's not that good.

If you're talking about in the bottom floor of the high rise, Phoenicia/MKT Bar.

Not fine dining but a good place to grab some food or a couple beers at MKT Bar.

Yeah the Grove. Had an over priced burger there. Can't be that good if I didn't remember the name. MKT bar, what high rise is that in?

One Park Place. Only affordable thing in that building is Phoenicia and MKT Bar.

The grove is right across the street and they have good food and a nice bar area. its a bit upscalish...you won't find tons of craft beer or anything, but its a nice place and a block from Hilton Americas

One Park Place....it's across from the old Chevron Chemical building/Park Shops.

For craft beers downtown you'll have to go to Flying Saucer. But it gets quite loud and very crowded at peak times.

If you're willing to cab it to Montrose, options really open up.

not impressed by 3 forks.

closed down.

Vic & Anthony's
best bet downtown.

There is also a Morton's on McKinney, but I would go with Vic & Anthony's over Morton's.
