I predict that the Jets will work a trade with the Seahawks for MATT FLYNN! They will release Sanchez or trade him and his big contract and Tebow too and go with FLYNN and backup McElroy!

Funny, but reality says no. A more likely candidate would be Kevin Klod or that loser from KC. Flynn had his chance and was beaten by a mediocre 3rd round rookie. What does that tell you?

Mediocre? Aren't the Seahawks like 9-5 or something like that? Decent IMO

To bad they would have to take a $17 million cap hit for getting rid of Sanchez.

Their QB is mediocre. Was that not obvious??? And do you think Seattle is a really good team? Watch them get smoked the moment they play a road playoff game.

Flynn is an option, but I think they offer Alex Smith an incentive laded contract.

Someone is jealous about the rookie of the year

The one who is completing 62.9% of his passes, 21 touchdowns, 9 interceptions, and a 95.5 QB rating.... yup mediocre

That mediocre 3rd round rookie has the 8th highest QB rating in the NFL, ahead of Brees, Matt Schaub and Eli Manning, among others. Not saying I'd pick him over any of those 3, but he's hardly a mediocre QB. Hope Flynn gets another shot somewhere.

Carroll said from the beginning he wanted russell as his starter. Flynn really didn't have a chance.

So Pete Carroll won't trade for Sanchez? I remember Pete was really pissed at Sanchez leaving early from USC., he did not think he was ready.

Flynn also has a 7+ million cap hit next season but they can release him and only his portion of signing bonus that is stretched out over the contract. So more than likely they will release him instead of paying their back up 8x more than their starter.

Although LSU fans have a lot of butthurt on this topic it appears for the most part.

Flynn was hired as the starter and got starter $ before Wilson was even drafted.

Wilson could very well be rookie of the year. What does that tell you.

coach Pete Carroll made a very Pete Carroll-esque move when he named Russell Wilson his starting quarterback before the season. Despite a rocky start, Carroll's sticking with the rookie

Just like his maverick head coach, Schneider sticks to his guns. He joined the SiriusXM Blitz on the Monday after the NFL draft this past April and told us that there were two players he wasn't going to leave the draft without: defensive end Bruce Irvin and Wilson.

Still trying to figure out what you are doing? Either you're a Flynn fan trying to get his haters to bite, or you're just an idiot.

Wilson's stat line vs. 49ers earlier in the year
quote:

R. Wilson 9/23 (39.1%) 122 yds 0 TDs 1 int, 2 sacks, one for a safety; 3 rushes 10 yds

And that was with Marshawn going for over 100 yards, and A. Smith was their starter.

I suspect some serious crow eating after this weekend
