I seem to be in the the minority but I don't like/understand this hire at all. What Wisconsin was doing under Alvarez and Bielema was working. Wisconsin isn't loaded with high school talent. Andersen has no connections to Wisconsin. He also is under .500 as a coach. How is he an upgrade over a coach that went to 3 straight Rose Bowls?

utah state got better every year under him and i beleive he won them their first conference title in like 75 years, so yeah he really did a good job building that program up

Solid move by Andersen. Hang out in Wiscy for a couple years, get a few easy wins and then get the hell out as soon as he gets any better opportunity.
