Apparently it was tweeted (leaked) a couple weeks ago but it's 100% official now.

I wonder what Louisiana will get. Probably Fat Tire and that will be about it.

I'm sure most of the liquor stores will carry their original brews(fat tire, 1554, sunshine, blue paddle) along w/ seasonals and will probably hvae to look a little harder for their other series. I like it.

To each their own.

I like the 1554 and Sunshine. I think they are solid beers at their price point and look forward to having more to choose from at bars or at home.

The Lips of Faith stuff is all I buy from them up here but the more competition you have in your market the better. It will force the locals to make better beer to get your $$$. It will also encourage others to send you their good stuff to encourage brand loyalty.

They start out with only Fat Tire Bombers for the first couple months and then they'll have draught and bottles around June. The rollout brands will be Fat Tire, Ranger IPA, Shift and Trippel. Hope this helps!

I have to admit that that's disappointing. Hopefully more will be following.

There will definitely be more, but they are pretty strict about the way they rollout in a new state. It will probably be 2014 before you see more brands. They will have some cool Louisiana Collectible Fat Tire Bottles to start.

Why are all of you bummed out the New Belgium is entering LA? Kind of disappointing that a major micro brewery is getting in to LA, and y'all act like somebody peed on the floor. Of course they won't just drop their whole supply at once, but in time, I'm sure they will. Have to start somewhere.

most people consider their regular line up average, which is fine by me, I like more choices

more average beer is better than more shitty beer

Yeah. I don't get it when the alternative is nothing at all.

I'll try to find out what they're selling, not to say the above poster is wrong.

honestly it will be a good ting for the LA peeps to get teh NB line. Their beers are a pretty easy entry point for BMC drinkers to venture outside their box adn try something slightly different. It could be a gateway to them then trying even more adventurous styles and increase the profile of true craft beer in the state

Absolutely. My thoughts as well.
I'm stuck in between the BMC and high end micro brews myself. Would love to get in to some of the better stuff, but don't associate with those who do. So I'm excited about a new brewery entering our market and hopefully getting more into the higher end beers.
