Looks delish lester. Didn't see the instructions for the rice on your OP. Just cook rice and mix with final red bean and sausage?

I don't like a lot of rice. I think it takes away from the taste.

I put like a tablespoon in. I put at the bottom of the bowl and put the beans on top, add Tabasco then flip it over
