You shouldn't judge an album by its cover. I love these two, but the covers freak me out every time they come up on my phone.

not that creepy but one of the most historical was this original Beatles cover. Cut up babies and raw meat dressed as butchers by any most popular band in the world today would still draw some ire. For 1966 mainstream it was out there a bit. Oh, they did that as a joke as to how Capitol Records "butchered" their albums. The songs on their albums did not coincide in the US and the UK until Rubber Soul if remembering right.
