Another vote for Ferrara. I used them recently for my PWS MK114. Ordered another gun and decided to use Advanced Weapons Systems cause it is only 2 miles from my house. HUGE mistake. I will never use them again and will never recommend them to anyone. I should have just went to Ferrara again.

That is cheapest I've seen ever. I'm holding off until Black Friday this year, hoping nothing causes prices to jump before then. Black Friday should yield some of the best prices we have seen in years because gun/ammo/accesory prices are already lower than PRE Sandy hook for a lot of models/calibers.

Same, I will finally be employed and will be looking to put back a lot of my stock I had to part with over the last 9 or so months

Got the Primary Arms 1-6x scope in yesterday, had to send it back because the reticle would not illuminate.

Still waiting on the vortex 1-4x to get here to compare, but the Primary arms felt well built and the glass was very clear. The adjustment knobs had a audible click and very responsive. Only downside was the reticle not illuminating.

Have to put my tech board knowledge up in here. Did you put the battery in? Did you pull the tab for the battery to contact if it had one? Did you try calling customer service?

I highly recommend them as well. Bought my sig226 there and it was quick and easy. One of my better purchase experiences.

Does anybody else use a red dot/holo with an astigmatism?

I took the battery out, put it back in, replaced the battery with another, called customer service explained what I did. They said send it back.

Come on Pu, this isn't amateur hour over here.

Heck yeah. Everytime I look at a red dot, it looks blurry and comet shaped. If I turn it down, it looks better but then it's too low to pick up easy.

eta: I do have contacts that "fixes" the astigmatism but it's still there and it's distracting.

Yes but the same effect happens all the way down to lower settings just not as pronounced. I may just be over exaggerating and have seen too many "pictures" with the dot. I also was looking "at the dot" indoors while trying them out at Bass Pro.
