Ok, the spring and detent pin are stuck inside here?

Like you can take the takedown pin out and move it freely?

Correct. Tried pushing it further in to see if that'd spring it loose and now it's stuck further in.

Cheap one. PTK I think (ill go check for sure in a minute after the baby goes down).

I got a wild hair in the middle of the rush to make the build. Went against the boards advice and bought polymer because it was available. I think that's my problem. Probably a shard of polymer holding it in.

Well if its polymer then that voids one of my next suggestions.

Found this for you man, hope it helps. I'd get maybe a paper clip and put a couple bends in it and see if you can get behind the detent or catch a spring coil and pop it out.

Its your lower obviously man, but I'd keep it the lease invasive that I could. Try calling teh manufacturer tomorrow or later this week after you mess with it. They may be able to help you out, but if you go to banging and prying and scratching on it I doubt they'll take it back.

I was planning on going to a billet lower eventually, so if I mess it up too bad ill upgrade sooner rather than later.

I'll call the manufacturer if it doesn't come out with a little prying.

That's what they used to sell for. I still haven't put my hands on one yet and I actually have an extra comp4 Aimpoint at the moment but I'll get a Pro one day.

Lots of pmags out there available for $12.99-$14.99

Head over to ar15.com and go to magazine thread.

Looks like mags and guns are getting back to somewhat normal prices.

Slowly getting back to per panic prices but more than likely they will stabilize with a 10% increase over the per panic prices.
