Yes, .300 blk goes with everything in a standard AR but barrel and gas system, which is changed with the barrel.

Basically, yes. And this one has a cold hammer forged barrel, which can add a few hundred bucks to just about any upper

I have that exact upper on mine minus the CHF barrel and i absolutely love everything about it. That rail is very nice.

Starting to think I need to just hold out for an upper with a CHF barrel and BCG and ch. Seems like its only been one or the other though.

I think I might just get it and hold out for a BCG. If they sell uppers with BCGs it likely won't be as nice or CHF barrels...
