When Les retires in 3 or 5 years who would you hire?

Not Chip Kelly, I'm probably in the minority but I wouldn't. Don't get me wrong, I think he's a good coach but relies way too much on speed and not so much on defense.

Anytime they play against a decent defense they lose.

To answer your question, I really don't know.

In 3-5 years...Todd monken will be one of the biggest names. Like Brian Kelly was 3-5 years ago.

do you think that maybe he can't get the same type of athletes on D at Oregon? Doesn't matter anyway, he will be in the NFL.

This is the correct answer. What ever hot name we can think of now, it's pointless because it will be an entirely different list next year, let alone 3-5 years from now.

How many years does Ryan Clark have in the league? I think he will be an excellent coach when that time comes and he already said coaching LSU is his ultimate dream job.

Lane Kiffin.

Why?

Because hopefully he will have finally have enough experience under his belt to be considered a top flight college coach by then.
