Its not a bad ranking, but at the same time I don't think European records should be the end all be all. Some leagues don't have enough depth to play 2/3 games a week, but they can handle a domestic schedule without problem. Also teams gain/lose players in off season so the teams in European competition might not always represent the best the league currently has to offer. Oh well, still fun to look at

Scotland 18th, Netherlands 21st. Wow. UEFA ranks Belarus and Cyprus ahead of the Dutch league.

WHERE ARE THOSE LEAGUES ON FIFA?
