The article from Black Sports Online in the OP is outstanding. They talk about this issue, but also talk about ESPN and their commentators trying to make names for themselves instead of being analysts of sports. Short article and worth the read.

Anyone who watched the segment knows that OP misquoted Parker. He never put any label on RGII, all he did was wonder what thyp of brother RGIII is.

"Wondering what type" is just as bad as the label. I didn't even know there were "types" of "brothers"

Beam comon now we know there are different types of black males? For example we got the brothers that went to St Aug and the Brothers that went to John Mac. We got the ones that want to be thugs and the ones that pick up a book. I think that's the point he was trying to make. RG3 is a lil corny(meaning if there were a fight he wouldn't be the first to step up-nothing wrong with that) and those micobraids are god awful he needs to cut that shite. just cut the ends off and u got him.
