Damn, that list is dominated by 3 schools. Congrats to Garrett, hell of an accomplishment.

Well they'll both be in 3A next year so that should make you feel better. At least that's been the rumor.

That's pretty hypocritical considering U-High is a private school and certainly has pulled in more kids lately than "randomly" enrolled.

U-High is NOT a private school. Don't start making untrue statements based on what you've heard, when you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about.

Me too lc. Surely he will make All-District. Have you seen the 7-2A All-District team yet? If my son doesn't make that, I'll know the folks selecting the team didn't see any of our games.

public school that charges tuition and has students from all over a metro are, selective admissions... under the rules some principals want.. - that constitutes private...

The way it has worked in the past.. you have to...

make all district then all metro to make all state.. for some reason this year all state is released prior to all district and metro teams.

I remember one year a NO. school had an all american that didn't make all district..

unless popeye the sailor is sweet on brutus.... and not olive oil... the kid in question will make all state - before it's all said and done.

They aren't in a traditional school, but they still are very selective in who they enroll while charging tuition on par with the private schools in the area.

They are not a normal public school either.

I know a few players that made it and some that didn't. It's just as loltastic as last year (3-4 guys from 0-10 Capitol made first team).

I know that the WR with the most receiving yards didn't even make 1st team.
