and the 2012/13 EPL Survivor Contest part I winner is...

Jumbeauxlaya!!! In the most anticlimactic finish in the short history of our contest, Jumbeauxlaya outlasted the entire field of contestants on his way to a finale against rojotiger. After facing off as the last two in week 13, the two returned week 14 for a finale rematch...or at least that was the plan. In the end, Jumbeauxlaya had to do little more than show up on order to claim the title as rojo pulled one of the most disappointing displaying acts in recent major finals history. I waited several days before posting this announcement in hopes that he would surface and offer some compelling story about being kidnapped by Somali pirates or Columbian drug lords but the show must go on. Congratulations to Jumbeauxlaya, if you see him in the hallways at school or hanging around the water cooler at work, pat him on the arse and tell him "good job".

And now, for what everyone has been waiting for...part II. The SB EPL contest will take a vacation this coming weekend (Dec 15th and 16th) and return with week 1 the following weekend (Dec 22nd). I'll have the new contest up asap after this weekend's matches.
