Probably a shock to someone who roots for Ohio State but that's a defensible opinion. Louisiana produces a ton of talent and is a proverbial big fish in a small pond. (I realize tOSU also has a lot of in state talent but you also have winter recruiting against you when you look for southern recruits)
Michigan (although a bigger name historically) is definitely a worse job than either tOSU or LSU because of their recruiting issues

List seems so randomly dumb.
No criteria listed for desierable...geez, who is hot this season but is still stuck living in South Bend...who gets the easiest talent...yada, yada, Pats...nevermind it depends on players.
