A vendor from Wisconsin sends me cheese curds every year at Christmas. They come in a small styrofoam shipping cooler with 3-4 fozen cold packs. She ships them next day air, and they are always fresh and cold.

I am looking forward to this years batch!

Order it through a store that ships or pack it yourself. You could use dry ice and ship it overnight in a well packed styrofoam box. It's expensive, but doable.

Drugstores get refrigerated medications in these neat styrofoam boxes. I get a med that way and save the boxes and the freezer packs for shipping and traveling. They might save one for you if you ask. I'm sure they toss them.

It depends on how much you want to ship but both Bourques and Teets sells and ships - that would be my recommendation. Maybe for less then 5lb you might try cajungrocer.com

Bourque's was some of best boudin I've had , I'll call them first. Anyone had the boudin of Cajun grocer or know of their meat reputation I don't want to send him some bad tasting stuff. He's sending me some great cheeses in exchange.

He better send you more than just cheese. Shipping boudin is expensive.
