Love it, gonna use it on my 4. Can you make the exact same design, eye centered, and without the "Geaux Tigers" on it? Just with the LSU and eye.

If you are looking at this thread on your phone, touch and hold on the picture and you'll have a popup come on that says save image and cancel. Select save image and then go to your camera roll and it will be in there. just pick that like you would any other image you use for wallpaper.

Save the pic on your phone
Open the pic
Hit the icon in the lower left (the one to bring up option to send as message, twitter, etc)
One of the options is "Use as Wallpaper"
You will then have the option to use as background, Lock screen, or both
choose what you want

It's not a problem. I end up doing these wallpapers when I'm bored at work.
