I think we could pick him up in free agency for a decent price. We need a point guard bad, gravy is meant to be a back up

Not a bad idea actually. His PER is impressive this year, his fg percentage isn't where it needs to be though. Bottom line is that this team needs some damn talent. Brian Roberts makes me ill.

Not a free agent until 2014. And I doubt any team will get him at a decent price.

Hornets should have tried to get him. His contract is fantastic. The timing would have been tricky because I think they sent him to Toronto before they were allowed to S&T Gordon, but Lowry/Kmart/pick(s) for Gordon/contract filler. Draft Lamb instead of Rivers.
Lowry/Kmart/?/Davis/Lopez to start
Vasquez/Lamb/Anderson/Smith bench.
Not a playoff team but young, able to improve, and Kmart's expiring.
The Gordon fiasco just pisses me off.

If Gordon is somehow miserable here then I feel like he would retire if he went to Toronto.

Toronto isn't going to move Lowry.
