Are burritos "Italian Street Food"? Who the hell knew?

Where's our resident Italian culinary expert, who likes to ride Martini's jock when you need him?

I know what place you're talking about. Hmm, was wondering how the food will be. A lot of new restaurants have opened in Metairie & Elmwood lately. I'll go check the FB page now .

He's probably picketing in front of Gino's telling Mama she's not authentic.

re: Romano Italian Street Food

I ate there 2 weeks ago and the food was good. It's kind of like an Italian Izzo's, but the ingredients are very fresh and the chicken is fresh/not rubbery. Their salad dressings are good and they have 2 or 3 flavors of iced tea. They also have cannoli bites which I've heard are good. I'm a member of their online club and they sent me an email about them filming a commercial and inviting their e-club members to go to the filming.
