Guys.... I'm looking for a good CPA in Baton Rouge to sit down with to help me plan out how to handle certain business related expenses in the upcoming year. I'm in a sales position with certain recurring expenses that I can handle a number of ways.

Just want a consultation with someone who knows the rules better than me that can point me in the right direction.

Any advice?

It sounds like you are in need of a fairly simple consultation to run through the numbers.

"All" CPAs handling personal income tax returns should be able to satisfy your needs.

It "should" be fairly simple. I agree that all CPAs are technically qualified, but I also have some friends that are CPAs by name that I would trust to balance a checkbook.

Sure. That's why I said those who are actually in the business of doing personal income tax returns. I honestly don't know very many CPAs who do a lot of personal returns(due to my line of work), but https://www.dnbcpas.com/ is a personal friend, and reputable name that does a good bit of work in that area.

Thanks Afro. I appreciate the link.

I like you know quite a few CPAs, but few that will deal with a personal return.
