I tend to think that Tyson would have overwhelmed Frazier just like Foreman did, but in a different way.
And I think that a guy who would have given Tyson a great deal of trouble was a young George Foreman. I have no idea how that fight would play out. I would pay good money to see it.

Dude, are we talking about Tyson in his prime, or Tyson as he was during the Ruddock fights?
Nobody in the boxing world was afraid of Lennox Lewis in 1988 because he wasn't even a goddamn professional yet. Jesus Christ.

To put Lennox Lewis in the same category as Tyson in his prime is preposterous.
Lewis was not as "feared" as you insinuate... he got KO'd by Oliver McCall, for Christ's sake.
Lewis owned the HW division during his tenure, only because there were no others great HWs.

He would have been the fighter who could have physically overwhelmed Tyson. But Tyson still might have knocked him out. He was fast enough to catch Foreman with a shot he never saw coming. I can't think a more fascinating fight.

I don't understand why such a big deal is being made about Lewis's range and jab. There are ways to negate that advantage and Tyson could do that better than anyone with the slipping, bob and weave and peekaboo. Tyson was aggressive enough to where Lewis's elbows would stay bent due to Tyson being in his face working the body while stalking him around the ring. Lewis never faced that and that would be his downfall.

Those of you who doubt Tyson's invincibility during the D'Amato/Jacobs era obviously never watched Tyson's fights during that span. After Jimmy Jacobs died, Tyson wasn't the same. He had no guidance, no one to turn to. From that point on, he was sucseptible to being beaten... but before that, no.

Just about every fighter that Tyson faced had a longer reach than him. Made no difference -- Tyson's power and speed nullified any reach advantage that his opponent had.
