I rarely venture over to this board...I didn't realize that your misearble threads appeared on more than one board on this website

It is possible that you are the worst poster on this whole site, and that is saying a lot.

Oh my god! Look I've been pretty vocal about my displeasure with Drew's performance this season. The problem is that you are not looking at the entire picture; SP is not here for Drew to get input, Pete has proven to be a fricking moron when it comes to actually calling plays, Receivers have been dropping passes all over the place, fumbles have been a problem, the o-line is fricking TURRIBLE, and that's just on the offensive side of the ball. You have to look at the entire picture.

Do I think that Drew should have played better; absofrickinglutely!

I also think that the contract holdout hurt him also (that's his fault though)

he can take Brees with him. It's clear they need one another to be successful. No excuse for him to be playing like this after inking the largest contract in NFL history. Yeah, I know the D blows, and the ST sucked today, and receivers dropped the ball, but he usually bails us out. He just doesn't look right this year. It wouldn't surprise me if he were injured and we just don't know it.

Damn Zombie. I think you're a very good poster, but you don't seriously believe Brees should go with Payton somewhere else do ya? That's got to be a troll right?

Who would you rather us have at QB next season? Name someone.

I would rather us have the non-interception machine version of Drew Brees with Payton at the helm. It is a valid question though. If this is all tied to Payton not being there then what happens if Payton signs somewhere else?

I'll believe this when I see it.

I don't think this is going to happen and it's really not worthy of my concern until it actually occurs.

I felt the same way about the Drew Brees contract in the off season.

Brees stays here and him and PCM and whoever our new HC is sort things out. You havent named who you would rather next season over Brees. Someone on this board already said Cutler. Would you rather Jay Cutler?

I don't really want Brees to go.

But I do wonder if we'll hear about an injury or something that he's been playing through for the past several games.

Beyond the INTS, beyond the dropped balls, beyond the dumb fricking playcalling, beyond the fumbles, there is something missing from him.

Less air under the ball than usual, seems a half second slower on some throw releases, etc..

Whether that's sue to an injury, or the new baby in the house, or the late nights with the NFLPA who I'm sure are having long talks with VIlma and company right now, we'll probably never know.

Its a collection of everything. It has taken its toll. We were too blindly optimistic before the season (well, some were) and refused to believe all this bounty shite would hurt the team. It did.

Drew needs to take a step back, maybe empty his life plate a little, and rest himself up for a historic 2013.

I'm sorry it's been a repeating pattern all year. He has thrown interceptions that have either cost us in getting points or have directly or indirectly given points to the other team.

This is just some dumb shite here. By nature this is true of all interceptions. I agree the man has had a rough string of games but get some kind of fricking clue why don't ya??

Yea dude, I want Jay fricking Cutler as our QB next year...

I've never said I wanted Drew Brees to go anywhere. I want him to play like the contract he got makes you think he should play... Like the top QB in the league.

billy without a goat is just billy. a goat with out a billy is just a goat. You put them together and you have a billygoat but if you remove the billy or the goat then there's no way you still have a billygoat.

You basically just made the OP's point for him... So if Payton leaves Brees is through?
