The obligatory "rank the QBs" thread

Since it is almost impossible to actually rank each NFL QB from best to worst, just put them in tiers from elite to awful. Here's mine:
Tier 1 (elite)
Brees
Brady
P. Manning
Rodgers
Tier 2 (solid)
Roethlisberger
E. Manning
Romo
Schaub
Stafford
Ryan
Cutler
Tier 3 (on their way)
RG3
Luck
Freeman
Wilson

Tier 4 (mediocre)

Elite- Brady, Rodgers, Brees, PManning
Above Average- Schaub, Romo, Ben, Eli, Stafford, Cutler, Dalton, Newton
Average- Ryan, RG3, Wilson, Luck, Freeman, Rivers, Kaepernick, Cassel, Bradford, Palmer, Fitzpatrick, Tannehill
Bad- Flacco, Smith, Ponder, Sanchez, Gabbert, Weeden, Locker

Newton tier 4? Have you not seen what this dude has been doing to defenses the last few weeks? I don't like him at all but he's a good quarterback.

Maybe if you consider ALL the QBs in the NFL. If you only factor in starters, he isn't.
32 starters = 3 or 4 are elite.
100 active roster/practice squad = ~10 are elite.

I put Cam in the next tier up, hopefully that'll make you guys feel better about yourselves.
I'll also admit that I haven't watched him a ton, but doing Superman celebrations when you're down 3 scores and have thrown 4 ints is not really characteristic of a good QB.
