How will TAM joining the SEC hurt our east Texas recruiting?

This was my biggest concern the moment I heard they were coming in. This is a huge area for us. Could RSJ be the first major casualty if he does go to TAM?

One more team from the SEC to compete with in East Texas.

You are welcome.

Let me go ahead and crush your hopes. We have a 0% chance of getting RSJ. He would be stupid to go to LSU with whats going on in TAMU right now.

Who has LSU lost to A&M?

Do not even mention RSJ. He was never a Tiger.

Strong am hurts Texas more than us in the long run. But it will make it harder to pull kids out of Texas, especially offensive skill players right now.

There are a shite ton of players in TX and they can only sign 25 a year. This also gives us more visibility in that area. I'll call it a wash.

it will probably improve it, with playing in texas more kids are gonna be able to see LSU play.

Wasn't he a commit for about three days? I think most were shocked that he committed to LSU and fully expected him to decommit after getting other offers.

? You asked who has LSU lost to A&M. He was offered a scholarship from both schools. Was an LSU commit and decided to go to A&M over LSU.

Does that not fit your criteria?

Have you ever worked alongside elite personnel who kick arse and take names when they get to business?

I have, and let me tell you, the ELITE ORGANIZATION recruits for itself. If you are part of an elite group of bad-arse arse-kickers, you don't have to worry about Jonny Fussball or Alabama Gay Nick taking the best candidates. You just don't, pal.

Why? Because when you are the BEST, the BEST will knock on your door to join you.

THAT SAID, all Coach Miles has to do is to recruit based on the above stated facts. The very best will have a want to join up with their OWN KIND here at LSU.

So, let's don't worry about what pretty boy cocksucker Nick does in Tuscaloosa, or anybody else for that matter -- let it be known that the ELITE will find a home in BR amongst their peers.

PS Any male who spends the amount of time that cocksucker Nick spends on the appearance of his frickIN HAIR is a latent homo. Period.

You will not find a TRUE ASSKICKER who worries THAT MUCH about his fukin hair as Nick, so I say that NICK IS A WHITE BOY that I would not trust.

May affect it a little, but as long as we get a few and keep getting the great talent in LA, we'll be good

am I the only one not smoking crack? TAMU being in Texas HELPS LSU recruit in Texas.
1) More visibility
2) For those of you who don't know how it works in that state it's Texas or TAMU and if your parents went to one of the two schools it's not very likely that you will end up at the other (unless of course you're inept Texas and offer Johnny fricking Football as a safety) we root for our rivals to make our SOS look stronger... Texas fans rooted for TAMU (and OU) to lose every game, they don't give a shite about SOS. If Texas keeps fricking up their recruiting and a life long Longhorns fan is offered by both TAMU and LSU, I generally like our chances.

frick, mobile version, allow me to continue my tiger rant.

That way they at least have the chance to beat up on a team they were raised to hate and think is inferior. Granted, there are always exceptions with recruiting, (cue a certain mad mama from Nola after a son commits to bamalandteam.)
