After Gordon & Davis returns to the team who would be our best trade asset?

Greivis Vasquez or Robin Lopez

Lopez, because his contract is so cap friendly, but the hornets wont trade him cause then we wont have a legit center

We really need Gordon and Davis to come back and see what we have.

Obviously Gordon, Davis, and Anderson are our big 3.

Lopez and Vasquez are solid starters that are meant to be role player/glue guys. I think they are good fits for what their role should be.

Rivers still needs time to develop.

I don't think the team should be looking at trades. They should be more interested in getting guys healthy and building chemistry between the players.

Definitely best suited for glue/sub roles. Though Lopez doesn't rebound enough for my taste. But you get what you pay for at $4million for a C.

Yes- along with Davis. As good as he's been, he still is just scratching the a surface.

Yes. They don't need a trade for an overpriced vet on a sure lottery team. Young team needs time to season and see where the real holes are with a full lineup. They can make a splash thIs summer if need be.

Honestly I'm not real sure Smith isn't a better center than Lopez. That and the one place we could afford losing depth at would be C/PF. Plus trading Lopez now while he actually has been playing like a solid starter would probably be a good strategy. Get some good value for him.

Flip Lopez and a pick or two for a solid SF, I would be a happy camper. Somebody like Chandler Parsons or Thaddeus Young would be nice.

The only reason I disagree is because Lopez has legit size. We want big guys that can hopefully not get completely pushed around by guys like Howard and the Gasols.

A 25mpg center is not getting a Parsons/Young caliber player.

Curious to see Lopez's #s defending in post up situations.

Its very early, but the draft appears to have several C prospects in the top 10 and few perimeter players in that range. Depending on how the ping pong balls bounce, I could see them letting Lopez walk and going big in the draft. With Davis/Anderson they don't need a star- just a big body to defend and rebound.

The real question is how they fit Davis and Anderson on the court together as much as possible. Do they think Davis can defend the post eventually? Or do they see him guarding 3s v big lineups? Either way, they have to be on the court together which hasn't happened much when Davis was healthy.

I agree with this. Let's see what kind of team we actually have when all are healthy and playing (assuming this ever happens, of course).

He also was terrible down the stretch. He is good in spurts but he will end killing you.

Last night late he killed us and tues night he was turning point in game right before half

Your question doesn't make sense. The player with the best trade value is Davis. It doesn't matter if he is hurt or not. If you mean which player would we be more willing to trade and who can we get the most for, that would be Ryan Anderson. When it comes close to the deadline and the playoff teams come knocking, I'm sure there will be a lot of offers for him. He is a solid role player and could put one of those teams over the top.

You're really going to put that game on Roberts? He was our best player. No one else did anything last night. At least he created plays.

If Demps deals Anderson, he needs a swift kick in the nuts and a pink slip.

If we got rid of Grevis, the games wouldn't even be worth going to. Its bad enough right now with no Davis and Gordon.

I didn't blame any game on him. Just said Tuesday his play turned game around and last night he basically turned it over twice late.no pass, dribble, terrible pull up jump shot with guy in face right inside 3 point line.
Next possession, dribble, dribble,no pass..5 sec left on clock missed cutting rivers and goes to Lopez 15 ft from goal

He never passes unless he has to. And never dishes out when he.drives.

He has tools but he's too selfish at moment
