Portobello's in BR has the best grilled chicken breast I've ever had. It is like a fork-tender steak and very cheap.

I'm a regular at the one on Jefferson. Often get small plates including the fiery shrimp appetizer. Cedar planked salmon is good. Prices are right.
You can eat at the bar or at tables in the bar.
