Heard his family and he were cheering for Bama at the LSU v Bama game.

It's been my experience that when big recruits in Louisiana are going to bama they Waite as long as they can to announce.

Maybe so they won't be exposed to so much heat for choosing bama?

I hear he has a crimson jock strap with an elephant on it.

I hear that LSU cannot keep its talent instate.

IMO aliens are coming to invade earth in December so this whole threat is irrelevant.

I have a feeling that if that was said on a paid site that there would have been 30 threads on it already.

Do some of you fear Bama or feel inferior?

So what we lost out on a few players, it hasn't happened as much as it one did when FSU and Miami were raiding LA. We win most of the players that we had to have.

This is LSU and there's not much that some other school can offer that we can't.

Bama can offer nearly everything we can plus more. I love LSU and recruiting but this is a reality. We lost our top 2 in-state kids to Bama last year. Now they're going to play big roles next year there. Devall wasn't as big of a loss as Collins IMO. We've got the LB core in last years class anyway.

I pay for an LSU website and the people in the actualy know most of the time are saying the exact opposite. There are always a few loons out there who cry chicken little.

Facts are Beckwith has been to LSU this year for almost every home game. Alabama ... not one time.

LSU's Frank Wilson has a great relationship with the Beckwith family and by all account from the Bama paysites LSU in by far the leader at this point.

Now can things change yes but I would be shocked if this was an LC situation. LSU coaches are not being stringed along here.

I think when it's all said and done, Devall will be the bigger loss

Hes been to..Zero..that's right, 0 home games for Alabama this season

He's been to 7 for LSU

This weekend is the first time he steps into Tuscaloosa this year, snubbing Alabama to go to lsu games and camps.

Devall was perfect for a 3/4. He was more of a loss due to scheme.

If he chooses Bama, LSU can't hang it's head...he's has been priority #1 for a long time and they've done everything possible to keep him in state.

Isn't his plan to announce at the UA game? Ugh....flashbacks

Can't knock him for going...he'll be a stud. Didn't think he'd play at all this year...but he's played a hell of a lot of football this year.

We lost a safety, regardless of how talented he was, safeties grow on trees in LA

Toshiro Davis was the biggest loss last season
