Made the playoffs but have a ton of injuries. Need one to start in my flex.

Standard scoring, no PPR.

Decker v. Oakland tonight. Hasn't done much the past few weeks but its v. Oakland.

Ballard is playing Tennessee which has given up the 2nd most fantasy points to RBs this year, and Donald Brown is out with injury.

Or Golden Tate v Arizona is another possibility.

(Starting Cruz and Bryant at WR and Doug Martin and Demarco Murray at RB)

I'm playing against Ballard this week, so I hope he tanks. But it seems like a toss up to me. Both are solid options.

Id go with Decker, and I own and start Ballard every week. Yea hes had a few average weeks, but Ballard has never gone above 14pts in my league. Decker can go off any game he plays with Manning at QB, while Ballard usually gets around 10. Even with Donald Brown out, Ballard will still get around 15 touches, they just dont run the ball at all. Last week they ran it a total of 15 times, between Ballard and Brown.
