I'm not going to fault a first year OC that still fielded a fabulous offense. He's still feeling his way as a playcaller. I like what I've seen so far.

A lot of that has to do with finally having more than one legitimate weapon at receiver for the first time since Saban took over. Maze and Hanks didn't have the size for it and Julio was always double covered because of this.

Dooley is a better organizational guy than he is a coach. A Director of FB operations at some school would be the perfect fit for him.
