i know, old topic therefor "sorry" in the title.
anyone shot a ruger gunsight? i've got a bad itch for one of them and i'm dying to scratch it. pros/cons etc...

I've yet to shoot one. Handled one before and it felt pretty sweet. It points really well. The only thing I don't really like is the 3-position safety on something that's supposed to be made for quick handling and snap-shooting.

ruger gunsight scout rifle. .308 cal, 18" barrell, 10 round box mag, ghost ring sights, laminate stock. felt nice, decent trigger, tight fit and finish. i'm asking if anyone has shot one and how did it group.

Never shot anything with one, only handled a few rifles that had them. I like em a whole lot. They're hard to like because they look so goofy until you pull up a rifle that has one.

just wait till you actually have it in your hands (can't believe i just typed that). its kind of a survivalist gun but from what i just saw its more than accurate enough for deer.
