Plenty of athletes are NOT role models, and this guy is a class act on and off the field.

Why everything about him is blown up, and is called fake, is unreal to me.

Its not his fault everything about him is blown out of proportion ALL the time.

Disproportional amount of media coverage relative to his success/skill.

I think a lot of people have Tebow fatigue. Which is like you said, not his fault that the media types up an article after every deuce he drops.

He's a terrible QB while some people insist he is good.

Maybe it's because of the launch of...

ESPN-Tebow

...which replaced ESPN New York.

But no one hates him now becuase Tebowmania is buried and dead despite the best efforts of ESPN.

I can't think of another bench-warmer in any sport who got their own coverage from the worldwide leader...anyone? Help me out here.

Do you really see him actually do that though?

Think about it...

Imagine you are accountant and are very good at what you do. At the same time, another accountant at your office cannot tell a balance sheet from an income statement yet gets all kinds of acclaim for being a great accountant solely because he does a lot of charity work and it is widely known that he does that charity work. That is why Tebow is really annoying. He is getting credit and praise in an area he has not earned it (football) because of things he does in a completely different area (charity or whatever).

And. That's. Not. His. Fault.

ESPN, CBS, FOX, CNBC, Republicans are ALL responsible for this.

So far from the truth that it is laughable.

If Tebow didn't help the Broncos turn around last year and didn't do what he did at Florida for 4 years, nobody would give a frick about his charitable/religious personality.

You can say he isn't a talented quarterback (I would agree with this), but to say he hasn't earned it is a joke.

You mean like A&M and Notre Dame are doing with Te'o and Manziel?
