You should be ashamed of yourself.

I had a chicken Caesar salad for lunch.

Picked the fresh veggies from the garden dumpster that were grown from seeds.

Then I slaughtered my own organic chicken in the woods and roasted it with home grown herbs.

I used the chicken eggs to make a nice dressing. I used my corn stalks to make corn oil in the dressing. I even baked my own bread using homemade flour and then when the bread turned stale, I made croutons from them.
