You seem very knowledgeable. Good to have you here. Who do you think your school will replace Gundy with if he leaves?

Monken would be the "quick" and easy fix, probably wouldn't be a bad hire either.

Our DC, Bill Young, is retiring at the end of the season anyway (health issues), so there will be some turnover on the staff anyways.

Gundy has done an incredible job of bringing in great assistants and letting them coach.

It would be relatively late in the game too, so I think Monken would make a ton of sense.

Very good info. Will y'all promote from within with Glenn Spencer?

I'd think so, recruits Georgia and the SE well for us, considering we've never really had that before.

Believe it or not, we should have a really good team next year and be the preseason Big 12 favorites IMO.

That's what makes it tough for me to believe Gundy just walks away, outside of all of the other reasons. He has some real momentum going.

Especially with the soon to be playoff being implemented. Win the Big 12=go to the play off. That's easier than trying out the SECW, much easier.
