obama cleaned the republicans clock during the election, partly by using social media a lot more effectively than romney. He is trying to get his legions of robots to come out to support his agenda.
Agree about the social media but more important was the targeted marketing. His brain trust focused on data mining (secret to everyone at DNC) and knew their voter list back and forth, it's also why they knew they could drive the woman vote to record numbers. It's the first time since the 60's ad agencies have been hired to help run presidential campaigns. The GOP is still using the old overpaid political consultant model and straight TV ad strategy.This post was edited on 12/3 at 9:03 pm
