Expect Norv Turner to be looking for a job this year. Guy sucks as a HC but he's been one hell of a OC.

Says who? The only time he's really killed it as an OC is when he had Troy Aikman at QB (HOFer), Smith at RB (HOFer), and Irvin at WR (HOFer).

ETA: I do agree he's about to be fired for the third time as a HC.

Troy Aikman had a record of 7–18 as a starter before Turner's arrival, then 31–11 in the regular season and 6–0 as a starter in the post season winning Super Bowl XXVII MVP. Michael Irvin never finished lower than 2nd in the NFL in receiving yards under Norv. Overall the Cowboys record was 42–13 with 3 playoff appearances, winning 2 NFC East Division Titles(1992,1993), 2 NFC Championships(1992,1993), 3 Rushing Titles(1991–1993 Emmitt Smith), 1 League MVP(1993 Emmitt Smith), and 2 Super Bowls(XXVII,XXVVIII), in Turners years in Dallas.

I get that Aikman got better when Turner was there. It also just happens that when Aikman got there the team was horrible. They got better with the young players drafted with picks gained from the Walker trade. Those players needed a couple of years to mature. That's roughly when Turner came on board.

Turner is an above average OC, but he's never come close to the success he had at Dallas - 20 years ago.
